- A calculator gave a result you think is wrong. Please tell me the numbers you entered. The tools are built from published standards and checked against reference figures, but a wrong answer is a bug and I will fix it.
- Something in a guide is out of date or inaccurate — a discontinued product, a changed price bracket, a spec that has moved on.
- A product you would like covered, or a sizing question no guide on the site answers yet.

Response time
HomeNeeds24 is run by one person, so replies are not instant — expect a few days. Corrections get priority over everything else, because a wrong number on a calculator affects whatever someone buys next.
